Great location, friendly staff

Breakfast was great. So much nicer than at chain hotels; real china. Homemade baked goods. Great setting!

We had an excellent stay at the Saint John Harbourfront Hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We’d especially like to recognize Katelyn at the front desk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions about the area. Our room was spotless, exceptionally quiet, and had a beautiful view of the harbor. We had read a few comments mentioning that the décor was somewhat dated, but while it may not be the newest, everything was well maintained, clean, and comfortable—which is far more important to us. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding—honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had that’s included with the room. We also traveled with our bicycles and appreciated the hotel’s flexibility. We were able to bring them into our room during our stay, and after checking out, the staff gladly stored them securely behind the front desk so we could spend a little more time exploring Saint John before heading home. That extra level of customer service meant a lot to us. Excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, a great location, and outstanding service made this a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning
